Your School Counselor or Virtual Loudoun Supervisor must approve LCPS students who wish to enroll in Virtual Loudoun courses before making a payment. Please note: The reduced fee payment option is not available on this portal. Please pay at your students school registration office with cash, check, or money order. Virtual Loudoun courses include a $100.00 non-refundable administrative fee for students who register, but do not complete. Refunds will be issued by check; please allow two weeks for processing.
