Payment through the LCPS Portal is for payment convenience and is in no way a guarantee of a parking pass. This process is determined at the individual school. Full year parking fees contain a $5.96 non-refundable service charge while semester parking contains a $2.98 non-refundable service charge. The non-refundable service charge can be avoided by paying in person via cash, check, or money order at the student’s school. PAYMENT OF THE FEE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE STUDENT A PARKING PASS. All school Parking requirements and applications are to be met prior to the school extending parking privileges to the student. All refunds will be issued after the student fills out a refund request form and has it approved by the appropriate school administrator. Refunds will be allowed for semester increments and applications for refunds must be received before the semester begins. Refunds will be issued via check. Please allow two weeks for processing.
